I have come to the conclusion that the Internet is for oversharing, and you just have to embrace it. :D
I do have those newfangled barefoot running shoes, which is a big part of why I started running. They make it a painless adventure, which it never was before. They're called Vibram Fivefingers (the Sprint is one of the models you can get; mine are KSOs).
