Hmm, I'm not sure. Sensitivity to motion sickness drugs could be a problem, though. But you do get over the seasickness after a while; I've also found sailing ships to be less queasy-inducing than ships under engine power (but sailing ships under engine power are BAD, because you have contradictory motions going on).
