This really makes me want to spend some time with people and horses trained in these methods. One of the reasons I haven't ridden in years is that I don't want to support places that don't treat or train their horses well, and many of the decent places I've been haven't been able to get really well-trained horses, or to get trainers with the skills and time to work with horses to correct behavioral problems caused by previous crappy training. Arrgh.
